Blue Monday is known to be the gloomiest day of the year |
Just like any other day, prioritising mental health is important - especially in the midst of the ongoing challenging times we find ourselves in.
Our work helps equip young people and parents with skills to cope with life. One in 10 children in the UK experience mental health problems and of those we work with, 74% show an improvement in their mental health. |

The Blues Programme is our wellbeing programme for young people aged 13-19. Over six weeks, it teaches emotional resilience, and reduces low mood and anxious thoughts. Crucially, it gets teenagers talking.
Since the pandemic hit, this service is needed more than ever. |

Parent Talk is our online hub for down-to-earth parenting advice. Mental and emotional wellbeing is a key part of the support we offer.
Parents can browse our advice articles, or they can speak directly to a coach through our one-to-one live chat.
