A low intensity CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) based group designed to target and treat symptoms of depression and anxiety using paper based and art based methods. Learn to express yourself through images and colour and use visual and 3D aids to build your own toolkit to manage your day to day symptoms. No experience of art is required. |
